Flow-first espresso: MOTORSPRO and the post-turbo style

Breakout uploads

Videos from the last three weeks pulling far more views than their channel usually does (views per day against the channel’s median). New videos run high on this measure, so read it as relative.

Fresh from the panel

New uploads picked up in the latest refresh.

Would we have caught the last ones?

The same method, run against trends we already know took off.

Soup shot6 panel videos · 3 creators · first 2024-12-23

First indexed Dec 23, 2024 (Lance Hedrick). It would have passed the two-creator rule by Q3 2025; a search now returns 24 channels.

OXO Rapid Brewer10 panel videos · 4 creators · first 2024-11-08

Peaked at 4 panel mentions in Q3 2025, then faded. SOLO Spin is following the same early curve.

Turbo shot9 panel videos · 6 creators · first 2022-03-09

Around since 2022. In 2026 it is being framed as the old way (“Goodbye Turbo Shots”), which shows how trends get replaced.

How it works

Each channel’s recent uploads (about 200 per channel) and their view counts come from the official YouTube Data API, refreshed daily. Each refresh stores a snapshot, so we can see what’s accelerating.

What counts as a signal

Phrases from titles and tags in the last 90 days are compared with the two years before. A phrase has to rise at least 2.5× and show up on at least two creators’ channels; we then read the ranked list and keep the real ones.

What it isn’t

It’s a panel of influential channels, not all of YouTube. Context notes marked “search probe” come from one-off YouTube searches and are dated.

Data rules

Video data is refreshed at least every 30 days and dropped if it can’t be, as YouTube’s terms require. Titles and thumbnails link to the videos on YouTube.
